Your Support Team

While Chris is the main point of contact for your home loan enquiries, scenarios, lodgements and lender negotiations, he is supported by an experienced broker support officer who you will deal with from time to time via phone and email. 

Eileen Sumasafu is our in house broker support officer and is tasked with document collection, data entry and much more. She will reach out to gather any missing documentation and clarify anything that the bank may need an answer on. She will also handle progress payment claims for our construction clients, and help with the 12 monthly home loan "check ups" that we offer to all our existing clients.

When dealing with a broker, you are dealing with someone who works for you, not  for a bank or lender. As such, we weigh up the pros and cons of each loan option before making a recommendation.
